get an x-ray, it looks broken. if you cant afford that, seeing you can get a brace or boot from Walgreens or rite-aid. also some anti-fungal cream for those toenails.

you can still move broken toes and fingers.... it will just hurt. it looks like mine did when I broke my big toe 🤷♂️
