newbie help - form on website to create a new client file each time

I have a small event planning business, right now on my website we have a web form that clients fill out and it emails us. from there we manually create a new client file (new sheet doc) with the clients basic info , name, date of arrival, group size, phone, email etc. Is there a way to automate this? and put the form on our website (also how do you handle spam on the form?)

I don't mind hiring someone for this if its complex
