Transfer advising email

I emailed a transfer advisor earlier this March with no response . However, with everything going on I didn’t want to email them back. Since UH is starting back up again and it’s almost been a month, would it be better to try to follow up now? Has anyone had trouble getting in touch with transfer advisors?
