Similar raw materials. Quite a lot of brand liquor begins with grain alcohol, or must first produce grain alcohol, before distillation, additives, flavorings, and storage/casking can take place. This is high enough proof to use as an ingredient in commercial hand sanitizer. All you have to do is add enough aloe or lotion so it doesn't burn your hands away and turn it into a gel.
Even so, the proof of spirits can be rather easily controlled in liquor production.
Because sanitizer has 70,% alcohol
Different bottles.
no clue. completely comfounded by that shit.
but, both are over 50% alcohol, so....i guess
Ethanol is the main ingredient. Liquor distilleries have plenty of that.
