Response Time

Hello,

I've emailed a SWer about pre-booking her for a future appointment. She had tweeted about a tour she's planning once this shelter in-home deal is over and we're able to go out again. My city was listed, and so I sent her an email my screening information. She has a website and mentions to either fill out the booking form or email, and so I chose the latter.

It's been 5 days with no response. Is this normal?
