2070 Super Gaming OC vs 2070 Super Gaming OC 3X?

Hi everyone, I'm wondering are these the same card with an updated name? I'm shopping for a water block and some compatibility sites are saying the blocks are compatible with the Gaming OC but not the Gaming OC 3X. Thought it may have just been an error.
