What Dead Cat Bounce?
Hey guys,
I know the last couple of weeks has been a nightmare to trade, driving both Bulls and Bears to the edge of insanity.
At this point, everyone, and I do mean everyone thinks they have this shit finally figured out. Everyone from the CNBC pundits to the crayon wielding retards of this very sub -shit, even the r/all normies- everyone is calling for the exact same thing right now.
A classic Dead Cat Bounce. Basically, the immediate resumption of massive downward selling pressure in the market.
I don't have all the pretty drawings and 10,000 words to 'prove' my point, but I do know this much;
If everyone is expecting the exact same market movement, there is a nearly ZERO chance that things are going to unfold that way.
Market has been fucking almost everyone recently, and it's about to get worse if you subscribe to the classic dead cat bounce theory.
What am I expecting instead? I think that dead cat is going to bounce off of a trampoline from here, THEN we resume massive selling pressure. Basically, slightly sideways/downward movement for a couple of days, and then the reckoning. A Bull rally so large and so sudden, it's going to leave the Gay Bears completely lifeless.
After all the shorts get wiped off the face of the earth, that's when we return to the regularly scheduled selloff.
