Corvo Attano Build
I’ve always thought about doing an imperial duelist/assassin in the vein of Corvo and using the vampire lord as the gift of the outsider. Any recommended mods, skills or perks?

Alternate way to do the outsider’s gifts are to use the cheat room mod to obtain a special “Cheat Ring” that makes shout cool-down 0 seconds. It’s OP obviously but you can use:

Slow Time - for “Bend Time” > Different levels of the shout = the different upgrade paths for Bend time

Whirlwind Sprint - Blink, but only horizontally.

Unrelenting Force - Wind Blas

Aura Whisper - Dark vision
ALSO the ordinator perk overhaul mod has a perk in the Conjuration (I think?) skill tree which summons spectral skeevers upon battle starting, which is a little bit like devouring swarm.
Edit: you can also get a 1H crossbow mod on both Xbox and PC. PC probably has Corvo sword mods, but if you’re on console your best bet would probably be a blades sword or aNordic sword

I heartily recommend Ordinator + Apocalypse. There is a lot of stuff you can use. Laughing ghost perk is a teleport + back stab. Mind control allows you to take control of one enemy while you stay in place (so a bit like possession, but you can combat enemies while possessing). Ghostwalk and shadowbond allow you to teleport and kill in creative ways. Look for "Shadeling 4 hire" videos in YouTube to see what kind of shenanigans you can pull of with these two.
Animated armoury has reverse grip for daggers if you want that (the idle is normal, attacks are reverse).

Defintely {Blink Spell}.
Illusion, sneak, one handed
Light armor, alchemy maybe, block
Also maybe destruction a lil for vampire skills.
