piano book suggestions

Question

Now that my husband and I are stuck inside and bored during lockdown, we remembered that we own an electric piano with weighted keys. My husband said that he might be interested in trying to learn to play it, so I was searching for an "all in one" book that I could order and use to help teach him theory and learn the basics of the piano at the same time.

I was looking at these two books on Amazon:

Alfred's Basic Adult All-in-One Course, Book 1: Learn How to Play Piano with Lesson, Theory and Technic: Lesson, Theory, Technique (Alfred's Basic Adult Piano Course)

Hal Leonard All-in-One Piano Lessons Book A: Book with Audio and MIDI Access Included

Does anyone have any experience with either of those? Or does someone have another book that they prefer? I looked through the FAQs and saw someone mention the Alfred's book but didn't see much info on books in general.

I wouldn't mind also using the book for myself to get back into piano. I got lessons a while back but eventually decided to stop because I didn't have enough time to practice. I play another instrument in a concert band so I have a musical background, but I never got further than grade 3 piano music. So if I do buy a book, I would perhaps be hoping to get the other books in the "course" as well.

A guy's got a youtube channel devoted to going through several piano method books:

The videos can give you an idea of what material those books cover.
