Varnimyr Crimson Raid (12-5) party help

Hello, a Shakti here with ~ 486k CP after Master Class... would like to check if any teams/parties willing to babysit me on the 12-5 raid?

A kind redditor shared with me a discord link a few months back but unfortunately i got held up with work and the discord is no longer active. On my part I have watched two youtube guides on the things to look out for but being the first time I reckon I am likely to mess up a fair bit.

Oh ya, I am on INT server. If this is not the way I should be asking for help/raid party, kindly let me know if there is a more appropriate way. Many thanks in advance!!!

On a separate note, wanted to ask whether Master Class skills consume El Essence? Thanks!
