How can you stop worrying about a friend who is in a bad place and isn’t interested in letting anyone help?

My advice? Don’t stop worrying. It’s your responsibility as their friend to always be there for them, even if they don’t realize that they need you. Just don’t pressure them to open up lest you make it worse.
As much as I agree with this, of course you need to be there for them, you shouldn't be so stressed out to the point where your own mental health is getting worse. Take care of them, make sure they're okay, but remember that at the end of the day it may just be out of your hands.

Honestly, letting them be them, let them figure out their consequences or figure out how they’re going to get where they need to be. Just try to distract yourself or distance yourself from them.
You can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped.
I know it’s a shitty way to say it. But that’s how it is.
don’t let them isolate. bad thoughts thrive in isolation. try and help them as much as you can and be there for them as much as u can
What Captain America said
We cannot help everybody, even if we want to.
don’t. they need someone to be worrying about them right now
difficult not to worry imo, but honestly I learn and accept that if they don't want my help, they don't want my help. it's their decision and their life anyway, but as long as I can be with them and help them with simple things and just to say, "Hi, how was your day going for yah?" still can make a difference in my eyes
Well my only friends in a bad place are my pavilion ones and they usually shut down so i just sit down and drink tea or we meet up and i ask them if they're okay
I am in the same situation. I kinda just let her be herself and figure things out on her own while still letting her know I see her as a big part of my future and want her in it
Just remind them that you’re gonna be there for them if they need you and just let them figure it out. If they want help, make yourself available and make sure to check in with them
