AFAIK this bug happens when you've got your shader settings on very low. Try setting it to medium or high and see if it helps.

I have the same issue about freezzing but my models are fine. I crash every 5 minutes.

I have the exact same problem. First match of the day goes normal but after that shit go crazy.

 Recently I've been having this bug in my csgo were the player models go crazy and sometimes my game randomly freezes and stops but the game still continues i can move around and shot but my screen is frozen and the hud is gone.
