Fate/Stay Night [Realta Nua] - Ultimate Edition 1.0 beta (March 20, 2020)

OK first things first, Fate/stay night is an awesome visual novel that is the topic of this subreddit, Fate/stay night [Realta Nua] is the best version of it made by the developer Type-Moon, and Fate/Stay Night [Realta Nua] - Ultimate Edition is a fan translation of it into English that also adds various features like putting back in videos and options to see decensored H-scenes and a widescreen version etc. along with translating the text of the game to English and upscaling done with waifu2x and all sorts of other neat things.

Fate/Stay Night [Realta Nua] last had a stable release, version 0.9.1, on March 19, 2019. Well version 1.0 beta of Fate/Stay Night [Realta Nua] - Ultimate Edition recently came out on March 20, 2020 and that is what this post is about. Version 0.9.1 apparently has to be installed first and then version 1.0 beta is installed on top of that afterwards as an update. Jacktheinfinite101 released the stable version 0.9.1 whereas Quibi released the updated beta version. It contains a bunch of bugfixes and also some new features. Please note that savegames are not entirely compatible between version 0.9.1 and version 1.0 beta so you will need to start over from the title screen or else you might encounter bugs.

Anyway this is still in beta but it has a number of fixes since the last stable version and I would suggest people try it out as beta testers of Fate/Stay Night [Realta Nua] - Ultimate Edition. I am not actually a developer on this, I am just sharing this information with people on Reddit so that people here can try out the latest beta of this.

If you are on Linux instead of Windows, you can get the 0.9.1 stable version here: https://github.com/leycec/fsnrnue and it doesn't seem that version 1.0 beta has been ported quite yet.
