I would spend it in isolation with a taser and a loyal dog as protection.

Intruder breaks in scares the loyal dog who jumps up to attack the intruder. Unfortunately in the dogs haste he bumps your arm with the taser where you proceed to shock your self in your face till you die.

I was told by a creepy lady about 4 years ago, that I would die on my birthday. Honest to Goodness.
Creepy ass lady comes up to my while getting gas for my motorcycle, says that shit and walks away. No idea who she was or where she came from.
But to answer your question, I just shrug it off and go about my day. If it is my time to Go, then I go.
Still a little weary to do anything crazy on my birthday but I dont shut in or anything. Idk.
