Why has Get Out become such a critical darling and not Sorry to Bother You

These are films that came out a year apart from each other, they were both comedies that dealt with broadly similar themes, both were fairly well reviewed (85 on Metacritic for Get Out, 80 for Sorry), however Get Out has attained a much higher critical esteem, it seems to me.

Film Comment had it at #4 of best films of that year (#11 for Sorry), Sight and Sound had it at #1 (#17 for Sorry) and if you look at the best of the decade lists Metacritic has aggregated, Get Out gets mentioned on 39 lists (including 3 first places and 7 second places), whereas Sorry is featured on only 2 lists.

Why is Get Out so much the better film and if you don't think it is, why do you think the critics think so?

To be clear, I'm not arguing in favor or against the view that it is, I'm more interested in the aesthetic criteria - what makes it a better film.
