You could try deleting the contents of the CellsCache folder in the game directory and see what happens. I'd back up your save folder first though. Keep in mind deleting the cache makes all previously collected items, ore, etc reappear. Not necessarily a bad thing but kind of makes it easier if you were looking to refarm.

Somehow the floating island isn't loading any trees or buildings, I tried getting away from it to reload the area but it's still the same, is there a command to reset the floating island or should I start a new game?
