Waiting list/Ranking number

Hey everyone, so I was waitlisted for the IBA program at erasmus, my ranking number was 1206, meanwhile I was accepted to Maastricht’s IBA program with a ranking number of 199. I was wondering whether I have a chance of getting accepted at Erasmus or if I should just accept Maastricht’s offer now. With the coronavirus situation I have no idea if international students will cancel their applications/decline their offers or not, so I dont know what to expect. Can anybody help?
