Noticed these copper colored spots show up on a few upper fan leaves, this plant is an auto flower at around 55 days since sprout. Happy to provide any details needed to help me better assess this issue; I appreciate any and all help/info provided :)
How do you heat the groom at nights man?
Light is 18/6 hours; it’s running at night it’s off 1pm-7pm. Do you think it could be something with heat? Just checked inside tent and temperature is around 78-80 Fahrenheit and 54% humidity with lights on.
Where is the heater located? Might be infront of front door and this plant is right behind the mylar?
There is no “heater” inside or near the front of the tent, do you think it’s to hot in there? It doesn’t feel hot enough where it’s uncomfortable in there, I just check right now and it’s 80 Fahrenheit
Oh that’s my hygrometer that’s at canopy level
Possibly potassium deficiency?
Was thinking the same. A small deficiency, but still heading that direction.
OP - are the stems of the plant softer than before by chance? They seem to be 'hanging down' a bit more?
Nah man. Prob not heat then...
What is ur setup like? Medium lights strain feed program
Natural lights pic of entire if possible, would b great
Thanks for your help :) Currently in a 3x3 with a 300W mars hydro(quantum board style), nature’s living soil mixed with fox farms strawberry fields/happy frog; it’s an auto flower of unknown strain, my feeding schedule is mainly water(sitting out for 24 hours to evaporate chlorine)however I’ve top dressed once with BAS craft nutrient blend, I top dress every two weeks or so with bokashi as well as use rootwise and also use build a bloom. I will take some pictures today of entire plant today as soon as lights turn on/watering, what do you suggest is the best way to post more photos?
It sounds like u know what ur doing man, im a coco grower so cant help with soil :(
Some folks here recomended a minor phosporus def... But ive only seen this coloring from heater too close to tent door... I never had any major deficiencies but calmag in quite a long time so cant vouch for that either man...
Hmmmmm the more I’m looking into phosphorus def I think this could be it >.< thanks much I really appreciate you commenting. I’ve always appreciated coco grows, god damn the plants you guys get are huge
Ur welcome bro, i know blackstrap molases at 1tblspn per gallon gives a nice boost of p and k, As well if leaves are dark green, u might wana drop your N levels, as i guess those stuff work the same for all mediums.
And yes plants get big fast, coco is all i know, even for veggies and spices, but now i have a small organic spices n veggies garden, i only give it humic and amino acids, and will soon add some organic N fertilizer.. its facinating to me... Its very green and fun, and a lot slower than coco.. gotta love the weekly/bi weekly watering lol... Easy peasy ;)
So i guess we all appreciate and want what we dont have, as id love to and probably will try to grow some organic weed :)
All the best mate, take care and stay safe
