I just reinstalled the game, and i have no clue what in the world is going on.

Hello everyone, i just reinstalled paladins, (quit when Inara came out), and after 3 years of playing Overwatch, i and some friends were joking about playing paladins. We started playing again, (i still had my main account) and i found it pretty fun. I did my placements, placed at silver IV, and in 3 days, i climbed to gold III. The thing is, i dont know what the meta is, who i should ban, why my team is getting mad af at me cuz i play a level 3 champion, which loadouts work and which ones dont, and why Zhin is broken as hell. Can anyone make it a little bit clearer for me? Thanks :)
