How would you build a medical device IoT live dahsboard in Phoenix/Elixir?

Just read this amazing feat in Sri Lanka done by Golang/Vue.

https://kasvith.me/posts/how-we-created-a-realtime-patient-monitoring-system-with-go-and-vue/

Would this benefit from LiveView that got released, and how quickly do you think the same architecture can be built?

I use Go professionally and even though it is pretty awesome I feel there are error prone, verbose coding habits you can learn. Concurrency-even though go routines and channels do help, the programmer has to manage concurrency, fault tolerance in code, which I assume at scale becomes a huge issue.

I even hit scale bottlenecks with Timescaledb in my job.

Since concurrency and fault tolerance is built in, together with ecto, my assumption is the code to manage will be way less, only focused mostly on the business logic.

However since I am gearing myself to start learning Elixir/Phoenix, I just wanted to ask those who know more than me on this.

Thanks in advance!
