Great to see Silverstein on here!! They were my favorite band for a long time in high school, I still listen to their stuff now and then.

Nice! I actually think This is how the Wind Shifts is their best album objectively, but Shipwreck will always be my personal favorite

I like Shipwreck too! My favorite was always Discovering The Waterfront, but This Is How The Wind Shifts took its spot later. I didn't care much for the following album, so haven't caught up after that.

Got any good Thrice recommendations, OP? I've only ever heard one song by them (Image of the Invisible)

If you’re new to them, I’d strongly recommend their two most recent albums: To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere, and Palms! I didn’t like their older stuff mug until I was eased into a bit, and now I love it! But their newer albums are a fantastic jumping off point imo. Check out the Black Honey, The Window, and Hurricane!
Major/Minor is another solid starting point imo

If you like that one definitely check out the rest of Vheissu and the Fire section of Alchemy Index. You'd probably like a lot of the songs off Artist and the Ambulance too

Unfortunately no. The nearest one to me would've been around a 9 hour drive, so I figured since I've seen them so many times I'd just have to miss it. Then I learned they even played Lullaby and now I wish I had gone anyway lol

Dustin had the flu but still sounded perfect and the drummer for mewithout you had pneumonia so they did an acoustic show which was really special in its own right
