IO programs with good / bad reputations?

Just saw a comment mentioning certain IOP programs / schools with bad reputations, and am in the middle of applying to programs myself.

What programs come to mind when you think of the best reputations? What about the worst? That you’d tell someone new to this discipline to avoid?
