Email and mobile are too easy to compromise. Proper 2FA would be appreciated.

In the interim, as part of our 2SV implementation, you will be able to receive your code via email. If you use a physical security key already with your email provider, you might be able to make use of that to achieve some of the security functionality you mentioned.

As with many users I am happy that Questrade supports two factor authentication (2FA). However, support for physical security keys (U2F) such as YubiKeys would be amazing as this would largely prevent phishing scams from being able to access our accounts. It would be a standout feature that no other Canadian brokerages offer and would further increase peoples trust in your company.
