Bond- Waldo help please. I am so frustrated!

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get a bond- waldo on Sernimir II (the first world) the last problem "removing bonds."

The bond+ waldo is assigned to Q on the keyboard is there a way to change this? How can I get a bond- waldo to use in the solution?

I love the game but am really stuck so I've got to stop playing. Thanks in advance for any help.
