wii64 rice, problem with classic controller

Every time i press right on the d-pad it pushes right on c-stick, theres nothing i can do to fix it in settings,its always binded, it works fine with Not64 tho

Where to get lastest ver of Wii64 rice? did they fix this issue ? thanks
