Do or does with they/them pronounce?

Do they like cows Or Does they like cows

Because when we use they in plural we use do they, but since it has a different meaning as a pronounce and other pronounce use does (does he like cows, does she like cows). Which is accurate to use for they when it's a pronounce?

"They do like cows."

Even when they is used in the singular form, we still use verbs the same way.

It's like pants or scissors. The thing is singular, even though the form of its word is plural. So, for grammar's sake, you treat it as if it was plural, but by context, it will be clear that you're talking about a single person of indeterminate gender, or a single non-binary person.

Thank you! That makes sense!

Do.

It is singular only semantically, not grammatically. Similar to German "Sie"
