Is this community still active?

I loved this game years ago and would really enjoy playing again. Like I have seen a few other places I have not received the verification email to purchase avatar. Without being able to purchase avatar I'm having a hard time grinding games. Anyone know if this community is still active? Is there a way to get the verification email?
