Does anyone know why TC looks like this?

So I made a live usb of TC to test out on my old HP6515b. When I boot the usb with the default WM (or any for that matter) it always looks like this. Does anyone know why?

During the installation screens when asked to type for add-ons (otherwise leave blank) or something did you accidentally checked for a color mode?
