After running for ~10 months, its time for maintenance
HDDs did get pretty hot ( 50C, sometime peaking 55C ) when it on the open layout, guessing there is no airflow back there and 4TB 7200rpm disk does heat up.
deafult layout with front rad fans blowing across, hopefully will cool it little bit

Is your GPU bending?
yeah, it sag little bit. these photos taken at weird angle makes it look worse.
