"Your application has been approved!" 3/30 applicant, 5/9 portal, approval 5/12

Received a call from LO this morning to fix an address issue so they could pull my credit (there was an error the whole time apparently which would explain why I had no hard pull).

Loan just showed up in E-Tran (CAWEB), Active-Undisbursed. Just waiting on closing docs now.

Is it too early for a cocktail? Holy cow.

Update 5/12 9pm eastern: Approval email received and closing documents available to sign!

I can’t seem to find a credit pull either, but I received the advance. Congrats!

I never had a hard pull until the LO got with her supervisor to re-pull it. They had to try a different address and then it went through and I immediately got the Experian notification. I'd expect a call from your LO when your loan gets to underwriting for them to fix it.

Thanks! It said denied for a few days and now it says processing again, so here’s to hoping.

This is exactly what happened btw They couldn’t verify me and she had me do a verification and then send over Sch. C. Approved and signed docs, so thank you for the heads up :)

Did your loan follow the Gross revs - Cogs/2 formula?

Yep, it was off by a few hundred and I'm pretty sure my advance reduced the loan amount as well, but otherwise spot on.

Do you sign into CAWEB with same log in info you created after portal email receivd? I tried loging into CAWEB with mine but it says invalid. I may be jumping the gun with anticipation. Just got portal his morning. 3*****

No, I already had CAWEB access due to an active PPP loan. You'll need a SBA loan number to get in -- it's a separate account altogether.

#330015XXXX here as well, but I also did the long form on 3/19. Portal was early April and signed closing docs on 4/27....Active Un-Disbursed in CAWEB, still waiting on funding. Hopefully you'll be one of those that gets funded in a couple of days!
