Shipping to Canada

Is the only current shipping option to Canada - DHL?

I am also wondering if there is any freight forwarder in USA because it might be cheaper to use a freight forwarder to USA through UPS from China then one from USA to Canada than paying a leg and arm for DHL. What are other people's thoughts?
