Lost Account/not loading from Facebook

I played this morning (about 4 hours ago) just fine, my energy refilled and I tried to go back to finish a task and it had logged me out of FB and tried to default start a new game. When I went in to load my save through FB it just kept freezing and not loading. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app twice now and am still not able to load my save.

Anyone have this issue and have advice on how to get my save file loaded?
