Does Strava give live navigation?

I’m looking to buy a mount for my bike for my iPhone but wanted to make sure that Strava allowed you to create a route and then give you turn by turn navigation on that route when you’re out cycling?

I have an Apple Watch but I think this functionality doesn’t exist on the watch, so I have to look at phone based solutions.

Also is this a feature that you would need to buy the premium Strava for or does it work on the free version?

Thanks
