Flickering Majestic Mountains

My Mountains were working fine as I was slowly building up my load order. Then I guess I stopped looking at Mountains for a bit cause when I came near them again parts of them were like this: https://imgur.com/2NBuY9o

I've tried removing other mods to see if it reverses the effect, but the only mod removal that 'fixes' it is removing this mod. And this mod wasn't doing this before. Help would be appreciated.
