Let me make something clear now: "cheat policing" is NOT allowed!
I do not feel the need to make it an official rule as it should clearly fall under the bracket of "be respectful".
Accusing people of cheating is a no-go, no matter how unbelievable their gem count or wonders might seem. They might have farmed a lot. They might be buying gems. They might be cheating. It does not matter. It is not an excuse for telling people to "get a life" or accusing them of lying.
If someone's posts bother you because they are spamming the subreddit too much, or bragging too often, feel free to say that, politely, to them, and if it doesn't help, report the posts as spam, or contact the mod team through modmail. (If someone is advertising cheat programs, even via private message, do immediately contact the mod team).
Meanwhile, posts have a little "hide" button under them, feel free to hit that to remove a post that is getting on your nerves.
