Work from home sucks and this is a rant.

Hi, This is a rant. I hate work from home because of the rules laid by my company. This is making me hate the job which I loved.

So, I work for this company and for obvious reasons we are working from home. But the operation team is being such an asshole during the whole time. They want to track each and every minute of work done. They made each employee to install a software which tracks the hours worked and are being complete assholes if the target number of hours is not met. To the extent that they will give LOPs to the employees failing to meet the daily hourly target. They don't care if you complete the work in less hours they just want the number of hours on the tracker.

Like wtf man, If I can finish my task in half time then why should I just sit and move the mouse just to get the hours target. This is totally pissing me off. Fuck you to the person who came up with this idea. If you can be rigid then remember that when the lockdown ends the employees can be equally stubborn.

Edit: To everyone suggesting the use of mouse wiggler or some software. One of rhe employee did this but they tracked it out and fucked that person for using such softwares.
