Fraudulent affairs - please help!

I woke up today and I saw that there were two payments totalling about 1700$ on my account that I never made! I opened a case with paypal and they closed it saying there was nothing wrong!! What can I do? I tried calling them but their customer service is closed so I emailed them. I emailed the retailer which seems to be tradeinn retail services and I am also calling my bank and I locked my card. Please if anyone has any advice on what I can do I would appreciate it.
