For those of you who quit taking Azurette/hormonal combo pill, did you lose any of the weight the pill made you gain after quitting?

I was given Azurette to combat my severe anemia, and part of that was to make me gain weight. It’s been awhile now and I’ve been at the same consistent weight since I’ve come to my new weight. I’m thinking of taking a break off the pills just to let my body not be pumped full of extra hormones for a bit and was wondering if being off it would mean this weight gain would disappear? I don’t want to be deathly anemic again, basically.
