3600095xxx received portal but...
My application revenue and COGS were off by a whole digit (shows $35k actual $350k). Called MANY times and had notes put on file. Anyways I received my portal invite at 6:45pm today 5/12 and loan offer is exactly rev-COGS/2 for the incorrect info. How can I get in this fixed?!! Any help please!!!
Edit: the offer I received was $7k, with correct info would be almost $100k

$150k is the cap. Is that what you got?
Shoot sorry I guess that would help, no I got offered $7k, should be closer to $100k!
So in the portal did you not see anywhere to email the loan officer or anything that asked if you needed help? Also, are you saying that even though you told the representative to add notes, the loan officer obviously didn’t adhere to them?
So the only thing in the portal is a button the say “Need help? Send a request now” which prompts you to select an issue and type out a message. I selected questions on application and explained the situation, my only concern is what the turn around time for this is.
