Should a detained unit lose its buffs/debuffs while captured?

Discussion

I know the text says removed from play. But once returned shouldn't it still carry the same stats?

E.g. a stand alone 9/10 blocked braum once returned will return to baseline 0/5 , 0/10 blocked.

Consider detain as obliterated then release to summon that card.

I mean, they likely had all weapons removed.

Makes you wish you could see in the interrogation rooms.

Unfortunately I’m a dude so I don’t share that wish lol.

It's ok, I don't think it goes against any moral codes if it's Braum.

It's 2020 braum could dip his ding dong into a frozen lake and snap it off if he feels like brauna

I dont think any buffs are perminant. If a unit leaves play, all buffs end. To not have that feature just for detain would be pretty inconsistant with other effects like recall.

I'd say it's a different mechanic then recall as you still gain the choice to use the recalled card after the action.
