Thinking of moving to San Francisco from Seattle. What is the weather like year-round?

If you have been to Seattle, I would say 70% of the days of the year are cloudy, dark, grey, and raining. Is this the same in SF? I like grey and raining a lot, just not when it's 9 months out of the year.

I don't care if it's cold, just as long as it's sunny and not grey skies. We want to move but only if it's sunnier. If it's the same we won't bother. Any insight would be appreciated, especially from someone who has lived in both cities for at least a year each. But any feedback is appreciated.
