Vault Dwellers, need some help!

I started back up on fallout again and bought fallout 4 recently, and I am starting to get myself set up on power armour, making nurfruit farms for caps, etc. and was wondering what the best settlement locations are in the game? Just for my self to build and grow upon, and hoping anyone has any advice I could improve upon with? Thanks!
