razer nari wireless microphone issue

hi there friends

i just got yesterday my razer nari wireless for PC. everything is great - sound-wise.

the problem is that while im in chat/party, the microphones picks up the speakers. only when im talking simultainesly with my friends. so this causes them to hear themselfs (echo)

the echo is only for the other party members. im not hearing it.

when im not talking it's fine - no echo. because the microphone isn't "opening" himself to capture the voice.

i have set the mic volume down and tried with low mic sensitivity and sensitivity turned of. also tried distancing the mic as far as possible from the speakers. with no success

the tv sound is muted so, that's not the problem

please please help me solve this issue
