[Acne] on chin

So, I'm stuck and can't find a proper way out. I have a fairly good skin, but my chin gives me periodically some big acne, usually two or three of them in one which is very painful and, not to sound shallow, but looks bad and it gets in the way of my self confidence. I tried different stuff, tea tree oil, face wash with parsley tea both because of their antiinflamatory effects (acne being an inflamation makes sense), some Avene and Ducray products for oily skin because my chin and nose get very oily but not the rest of the face. I tend to my face routne every day 2-3 times depends on the problem, but I give my best to keep my face clean. I have all-present blackheads on chin, big-ass pores and acne, ONLY THE CHIN. Can anyone give me advice. Is foreo or la-roche possay effaclar line any good?

Side note, I do use birth control (for many years) and they helped me for my painfull periods and back acne. I'm 26 years old.
