Premature graying and eyesight

Hii new member here. I desperately need help.

My first gray were spotted when i was 9 yrs old Started wearing specs by 11 yrs of age. I started eating triphala for eyes, but never benefitted, though it improved my hair condition.

I am predominantly pitta, maybe vata component is present... Rarely experience sticky eyes and saliva drooling from mouth.

Now my hair ate graying from centre of my head and my face skin is flushed red... And have also gained weight in last 3 yrs.. 10 kgs in 3 yrs.

I am unsure of what dosha to balance.

Plz help.
