50 core deal charged me actual core price instead of 50. Please help

u/cm_cerebro u/cm_zeeks I apologize that I am freaking out a bit, as I was at just over 9000 cores on my account and I did not want to overspend on the 50 cores per energy deal, but now my account is showing I have just over 1000 cores.

My husband, who also plays, mentioned there was the 50 cores for 120 energy event going on today so I went in to buy a bunch of energy before the event ended. I was buying energy and watching it go down by 50 cores each when suddenly I received an anomaly detected error and it reset my game. I closed the app and relaunched it and now I am just over 1000 cores.

I put in a support ticket but I am freaking out really badly because it seems like the event bugged out and was charging me full price for the energy instead of the deal price. Please help. I don't know what to do. I worked hard to get all the milestones and have been saving up for ages. It's so upsetting to see all that work and saving-up disappear in an instant. Please help, thank you.
