This is fucking disgusting, that police officer should never see the light of day again. Shaved deserved life, and that shit head cop doesn’t.

This video was never silenced and if I am not mistaken the officer involved wa charged and tried and convicted.

He was allowed to return to work and retire with full benefits... sounds like it got silenced to me

Ya this is the one where they later charged him but it happened so far after the fact No one cared or was it the one where they guy who was shot like actually did things wrong but no one cared so many of these happen in motel hallways they all blend together

It was none of these things, we haven't chimped out. He declared bankruptcry, then got medically retired with a $2500 per month pension.

Daniel Shaver was showing his friends a pellet gun he used for pest control work, when a neighbor saw him through a window and called the cops. They told him put his hands in the air then told him to crawl. When he started to crawl on all 4s they shot him.
“Brailsford was reinstated to the Mesa Police Department in August 2018, then over a month later was granted retirement on medical grounds, as well as a pension of per month. Brailsford's lawyer has said that Brailsford suffered from post traumatic stress disorder due to his shooting of Shaver and the resultant criminal trial.”
I was recently handcuffed and interrogated by cops and they give misleading orders. I was told “sit down and cross your legs! Put your legs out! Cross your legs! Put your legs out! Cross your ankles!” All while my hands were already behind my back and i had to slouch forward to keep from falling over.
Not be a jerk or anything but they give deliberately contradictory and confusing orders to confuse the person they are arresting, I think S.W.A.T does it most. Could be very wrong though.
Also he got shot because he kept pulling his pants up after the “officers” told him not to. He was very drunk and was unable to comply with orders quickly and also kept pulling his pants up, not really registering what they where telling him.
He got shot because Philip Brailsford is a psycho and a murderer, along with most of the rest of Mesa PD. I don’t give two shits if he was pulling his underwear up or trying to keep his balance or reaching for his dick, he was not a threat to any of the men with guns trained on them. And they killed him anyway. They murdered him.
Oh nonono Im not trying to defend the officer who killed him, it’s atrocious im just saying that I think the main reason was because he kept reaching for his pants to pull them up and trigger happy man shot him because of it
My bad, I take the weight on getting firey. I understand that, on paper and after the fact, “Shaver appeared to reach for something” is their reason. But I genuinely believe that in the moment, the ONLY reason Daniel Shaver was shot is because Philip Brailsford wanted to shoot someone and knew he could get away with it.
