Kamvas 13 or Kamvas 13 pro?

So I've only had a wacom pen tablet so far, but I feel it's time to upgrade to a bigger tablet and with pen display. My budget isn't huge which is why I was tempted by the kamvas 13. I really liked all the features. However they don't sell it in my country and shipping will take quite a while. I also saw the 13 pro and thought that maybe it's better because it's more expensive, it also sells in my country. In the end I'm going to buy the one that is best for me between the two regardless of price and shipping time.

I'm not a proffesional artist but I'll be using the tablet quite a lot. It'll be my first tablet with pen display so in that front I am a beginner. I'll be using it for both art and animation. I don't feel the need to connect it to phones or tablets.

But what are the differences between the two? Which one is newest? Why is kamvas pro more expensive? Which is best in your experience? What does one have that the other doesn't and vice versa?
