For the people on reddit misunderstanding the load of White people in this photo - in most West coast protests white people assert themselves towards the front of the marches to symbolize using their privilege as means of protecting the mob. The organizers\leaders stay towards the actual front. I am towards the front in this image, being as to why you see so many white folk.
I’m black white and native. I’m light skinned af which is why my bro and I are in the front.
Coming from the east coast, it's often the other way around and was a bit confusing seeing it - thank you for this information!
Is she photoshopped into the front and center there? It looks weird.
No. The only editing done is some light adjustments to exposure, contrast, etc. And converting to B&W
Not seeing a direct compliment anywhere yet, so great shot man - the composition and choice to go B&W works great with the story the pic gives 👍🏽
The power of protest is lost when people start destroying things.
She really wanted that profile pic
No.
Look at me!
What?
Lol go check out dank memes. Lol white girls making it about themselves lol. So oppressed.

Yea all that shits out the window when there’s been a pandemic going on since day one of America’s existence. Much more important things, we take the risk because we see the cause. Notice how nearly everyone has a mask? Responsibly voicing your opinion works wonders
People were literally out there protesting against the quarantine a month ago.
Not a single black person in that group..
You blind? Literally the girl center-frame is black. Front right with striped is mixed, girl behind him is also black, and in the back left we see another another black protester. I also was there and can attest that it was a very diverse crowd.
What are you really trying to say?
In a black and white photo we like samesies! :)
Cause we are samesies. 😷
But not treated the samesies
Wasn’t that the whole point of the protest?
