Need Advice for Sub-1k Overhaul

Help. In 2016 I built a PC as cheaply as possible around the newly released GTX 1070. Now the whole rig is really starting to show its age.

Current specs:

GPU: GTX 1070

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 @ 3.4 GHz 4 core

Motherboard: ASUSTek PRIME H270-PRO

Ram: 8GB

HDD: 1TB

PSU: Corsair SF600 (upgraded in 2018)

For now, the GPU is probably fine but I'd like to upgrade to Ampere when it's released. Is my existing power supply likely to be sufficient for that? I'm prepared to upgrade just about everything else (CPU, motherboard, RAM, HDD->M.2 SSD). Suggestions?
